Community Hub Inc (CHI) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organisation that is managed by its members, comprising key stakeholders and local residents of the Colac Otway Shire in south-western Victoria. CHI supports Colac Otway residents by:
- advocating on behalf of Colac Otway Shire residents for improvements to the availability and accessibility of government and community services, and ensuring Colac Otway residents have a say in local council decision-making processes
- promoting opportunities for participation in life-long learning and pathways to employment, healthy lifestyles and community activities, and development of accessible, sustainable, safe and supportive environments and community facilities
- facilitating community programs
- managing special events
